Wild Hogs

We took a ride out of the city and came upon this site, someone had just hit a couple of wild hogs, I stopped and snapped a few pictures,  The first hog by the road was a young one.

This is the little one in the road.

This is the big one down in the ditch, it will not be there long as the alligators and vultures will take care of rather quickly.   This hog was a couple hundred pounds.

One has to watch for these porkers while traveling around down here.

We see them all the time between here and the ranch. I'm kind of glad we don't travel at night much anymore. Those buggers can do a lot of damage.

Yep those HOGs are bad...and the damage they do to vehicles is awful. I'm getting tired of them tearing the pasture up around our house too!

I am amazed at the damage the wild hogs can do. Don, my neighbor, was telling me of a 400 lb one that was hit near their place in Melborne, and ruined the auto.

We just passed two on the road not a mile from here.

My friend in Okee says they have a wild hog BBQ at times there.

Good to see the entry from Old Woody's Boomer Page.
