Looks like our 80 degree weather is going to slip away, calling for heavy rain tomorrow and cooler temps.    Cleaned 6 nice "Brook Trout" we had frozen up and made a nice meal of them.

.
.
I cook trout on a cookie sheet, with olive oil, garlic, onion and sprinkle on a little old bay seasoning and cook on 375 for 20 minutes.

.
I cooked up 6 trout, they came out perfect, nice and white and the bones were not too bad.

.
My Honey made Tabouli, it is a Lebanese salad, has burgal, parsley, onion, and seasoning and tomatoes, she takes the seeds out of the tomato's for me.

I am going to try that receipt on some fish we have in the freezer. Sounds great and looks good. The salad does too, but I won't attempt it.

Love from here you guys are looking good......
