That's something I have never been good at is arranging get-together's or activities for groups of people, I guess because I am a procrastinator. Anyway, nice tribute to our veterans, they deserve it. Good luck with your weight loss! I hate rabbit food too. And thanks for stopping by my blog.

*M*Ameliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16387806919991173882noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2002092468080746254.post-62365932851397511732008-10-09T01:27:00.000-04:002008-10-09T01:27:00.000-04:00piece of cake; I know you'll get that weight off! ...piece of cake; I know you'll get that weight off! all of us (Koda included but he just sleeps in the van) get up and head to the gym at 5:00 a.m.; its good for you; you'll have lots of fun there :)

drink lots of water; eat 5-6 small meals a day, include a little bit of protein at each meal and you'll do great

good for you and Honey that you are president/secretary respectively; I think you'll plan lots of fun activities :)

bettybettyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06323135450742337670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2002092468080746254.post-1988979201259989022008-10-09T00:08:00.000-04:002008-10-09T00:08:00.000-04:00Hi Woody, thanks first for your service. Thank you!

Thank you also for stopping by my journal! I'll look forward to reading more of your entries.

On a quick health note, several years ago, my Dad had the surgery where he got one of his carotid arteries cleared out. It was pretty scary at the time, but he did great and is STILL doing great (he's 85 now). So if you have to have that surgery, you'll do fine!

All my best,
BethBethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05149068921334726430noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2002092468080746254.post-24188483568212615252008-10-08T21:51:00.000-04:002008-10-08T21:51:00.000-04:00Enjoyed your blog.If you get a chance drop by mine...Enjoyed your blog.
If you get a chance drop by mine
www.save-a-dim.blogspot.comCaseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12543474135533710819noreply@blogger.com
