Mid Summer

Well, we have had a lot of Rain and a couple Thunder Boomers, Last Night the sky was lit up bright with Lightning and loud with wind and pouring Rain !  I am kind of glad we don't have a Metal Roof as it probably would have been loud with Pounding Rain !

.

.
We have a small Harvest from the Garden !
.

.We picked over a Dozen (Koosa) Kusa and cleaned and scraped some of them for stuffing of Lamb, Rice, Tomato an Sause.

.

.
Next day My Honey and her Mother cleaned and stuffed the rest of the Koosa, stacked it in the pots and started cooking .
.
.
My Job was to cut up the Leg of Lamb into small pieces for the Stuffing !

These are ones that are ready to eat and they are delicious !  We had My Mother in Law, My Honey's Sister and her Husband and we had a feast of Koosa, Tossed Salad, and Beef Ribs !   A Feast !!!!!!
