Peaked out Garden an flowers

Well, the flowers are now "Peaked Out",  They now will stay Vibrant in color for probably another 3 or 4 weeks then start the fading out and dying off for Fall.

 Sweet 100 Cherry Tomatoes still coming in and they bare delicious and go great in a salad,  the Leaf Lettuce is all done and pulled and the Radish's are done also !

.

.

The Lebanese Squash, *(KOOSA)is still coming in and we will have another feed when my Sister in Law comes in from Oregon,  She is visiting to regroup as she just lost her Husband and is going to spend time with her "Big Sister and Mother "  ! 
.

.

My Honey dug the "Winter Onions" and have them out on Saw Horses to dry and then I will Braid them and hang them in the cellar in the cool or 2nd cellar !    They came out nice !!

.

The Rhubarb we got from our daughter we planted the large root bulbs and watered it with "Sugar Water" to help the roots stop from going in to shock !

.

The Hydrangea Shrub on the left has beautiful white blossoms,  the Red Inpatients are doing great and the white Petunias also,  The Moss Rose is great and the Rose Bushs are still blossoming !

.

The Morning Glory is doing great climbing the cloths Pole and I did get Pink and Dark Blue flowers,  Usually there is only 1 color of blossom and I cross my seeds to mix the colors !

.

My Moon and Stars are all stained and dry now and hung !

Dry Summer

It has been very dry here,  also Hot and Humid, this is not a complaint, just a statement as we know what is coming in a couple months.   Grass is Dry and Brown and have only needed to mow in a few places till we get some rain and we got it today while we were sitting in Church at 10AM !

It is raining pretty hard pout there now at 1:15 !!  My Honey has gone tpo pick up her mother and they are going to the Movie !

.

.

The Baltimore Orioles have gone and we had a lot of Baby Sparrows, the last batch is out and about Cheeping for Mom and Dad to feed them !  Above I put the feeders back up for fall and winter,  One of the first couples of a Red Cardinal and his Greenish Female partner were in for Sunflower Seeds and it was good to see them !

The shy Greenish colored Female Cardinal is in feeding before the rains this morning !

 We have 3 kinds of Wood Peckers and I have hung out the first Suet Tray !  First visitor was there to eat in a matter of minutes

I am lucky as I can get close to the window now and het a good photo of the Hummingbirds as they feed !

Well, it is Pouring down Rain,  My Honey has gone to the Movie and I am gonna kick back for a nap !

Weather is H and H !

 The weather is today "Hot and Humid" again, this is not a Complaint as I know what is coming in a matter of a couple Months !  It is Health Concerns that me take more notice of the Weather !

The Deere is gotta set till later today,   It is 94 in the sun and humidity is high and on these Blood Thinners and some other medications  it makes it Dangerous to be out in the direct sun for any length of time !

.

.

Right now I am in the recliner watching the Birds at the Humming Bird feeder with the Air Conditioning on !

Church was good today and after Church we had a Meeting for our Committee so home at 1PM and lunch,  I'm gonna Nap and My Honey has gone to visit her Mother and go for Ice Cream !

Puttering around Garage Shed !

 Well, I got the Hinges done and Hardware done and rebraced the Garage !

.

.

I installed overdue Handle, Sliding Bolt and then an upper sliding bolt to close the doors from the inside so I can latch doors from the inside now or the outside !

.

.

The Garden Shed doors have hinges that were painted over that have "Bugged" me so I corrected the issue !

.

.

Probable used more Frog Tape than I needed but got them Spray Painted !

.

.

Hinges all painted black Spray and now I have to put a nice coat of semi Gloss exterior Paint on them now !

.

.

Corner of Garage Rebuilt and new Hardware on Doors will now find another Project to work on !

.

.

Next Project is gonna be this back roof,  It is rolled Half Lap and in Winter Builds up a lot of Ice !  Probably not a lot of Insulation between the roof and ceilings below !

.

.

There is 4 rows of over lapping rolled roofing on lower part of the rood which has a slight pitch , upper roof is 3-1 shingles with a 3/12 pitch !

.

.

The bottom edge that I had to put roof coating on is the area I plan on putting 2 rows of rolled metal on.  Gonna get some price quotes on it as I'm not gonna do it !

.

.

The front roof does not build up Ice as the edges have 2 feet of Metal Ice Popper Panels !  These Panels are taller in the center than the edges and seams and when Ice Builds up on the edger over them and pushes them down they Pop back up forcing the Ice to break and slide off !

.

Temps up outside

 Well, it is back warmed up and Humid so have to be careful,, drink lots of water and eat a lot of Watermelon !   I found out Watermelon really helps rehydrate the Body while in the Hospital.

.

 Not supposed to but I love "Spitting the Seeds" !!!!!

Since we have lived her a few years I have wanted to get the hinges and hardware painted on the Garden Shed and this Morning I started it until it got too hot !

.

. 

While I was puttering around My Honey weeded and dead headed the flowers in the Garden and is getting ready to dig and transplant the Rhubarb Bed !.

.

.

I took off some hardware and cleaned it up for painting !

.

.

I like Black Hardware against a white Background so spraying the hardware for the doors Black Spray !

.

.

While I was doing the Hardware My Honey was putting on a coat of BINZ exterior coating on the "Christmas Angel" we have had for years and Years !  Next coat of Paint is gonna be Exterior White Enamel !

Weeding Done, I'm Done, Temps are up to about 80+ and Humid so inside and into the Air conditioning!
