.
Next morning we woke up to a "Snow Storm", we had coffee, quick breakfast and hit the road trying to get ahead of the storm.
.
.
The roads were wet in places and in other places they were SNOW covered.
.
.
We saw several Semi's off the Road and cars off the road and several accidents.
.
.
Thankfully, we made it home safe and sound, we thank our Guardian Angel for riding with us, we unpacked the truck, went grocery shopping, and we have settled back in, we have not done much but watch it snow, then rain, then get windy, we have about 2 inches of snow, it was 1 below zero this morning and cold.
.
Today here at the "Ole Folks Home" we are having our spring Venision Stew Feed in the community room, looking forward to this.
.
On a sad note, Aunt Ruth as we call her is moved into a Nursing Home, 4 others have moved also, but, we have some new residents to meet and get to know, hopefully spring cannot be that far away, we have seen several large flocks of Canadian Geese flying north, the river here is loaded with them and Maple Sugaring Season is underway, all signs of spring.
.
On another note, there was no snow this winter, very unusual, we noticed all the little brooks and streams did not have much water in them, usually they are full and roaring, not quiet and calm.
.
Hope everyone is doing OK,

Glad you made it home safe and sound, the roads looked terrible. I do NOT miss that weather, nope not one bit. The sun is shining here and it's 69 degrees, absolutely beautiful.
Loved the trip and narrative. I like to fel like I am ttravelign along, I miss the road (but not the snow of course, although I think is is beautiful). Love the picture of Honey holding the rainbow. I see I am not the only one who has found a treasure at its end. Great entry. Love from Florida.
