Well, we sure are getting some nice weather, right now it is 103 in the sun so the thermometer says, I am currently going 3 days a week, M,W,F to Cardiac Rehab and wear a Heart Monitor as I exercise under the careful eye of my Nurse. I go from 10am to 11 am and get a pretty good work out.

This my Honey standing with Lyle Bylow, a Korean War Vet who is going to Washington on an Honor Flight to view the Statues and Memorials, they fly out of Syracuse to Washington, spent the day and fly home that night, this is our 10th Honor Flight.

This is our Honor Flight # 10 of Korean and WWII Veterans we sent to Washington. Their expenses are paid for by our Legion and there guest pays for their own ticket to escort them. Lady in center is Honor Flight Chairperson for our Northern District.
