Moving Soon We hope

Well, it looks like we will be moving soon,  We were looking at a Mobile Home in Castorland, NY and a House in Carthage and a House in Deferiet, NY,  Our offer on the House we really wanted was accepted, We were pre approved for a Mortgage through the VA/FHA, Wells Fargo and also Northern Federal Credit Union.  The house was offered to us and we put in a purchase offer lower than the what they were asking and the appraisal came in Great from Clayton Appraisals, Signed paperwork in Lowville at Lawyers Office, The required Home Inspection was done and now we have a tentative closing date of July 3rd !  Fastest I ever seen a house sell but everything fell into place.

2 1/2 Bedrooms, 1 bath, 2 basements, deck, garage, garden shed, GENERAC Generator which will run the whole house during a power outage. paved driveway and quiet street.

My Honey standing out by the clothes line and Garden shed and part of the garage, there is nothing in the back yard except woods and lots of birds, some deer and turkeys and an old paper mill ruins that shut down a few years ago but we cannot see it from our new house.

On the back deck looking at the garage, electric door opener, addition on end of Garage makes it longer for a shop !

Overdid it today and almost ended up in the ER but squeaked by !
