Fall duties

A cool crisp day, Fall is in the air, My Honey worked on her flower bed and cleaned up the dead heads and weeds.

I worked on scraping down and painting the texture 1-11 doors to the Garden Shed which needed a coat of paint also.

.

I know, I know, always paint from the top to the bottom, well I can't,  it is easier for me to kneel on a cushion, get the bottom, then hold the pain and do the top, my shoulder stays pain free this way !!

My Honey trimming down the flowering shrub to 2 foot high, it will come back next spring bigger and with more flowers !

.

There, the doors are all primed and painted, hinges will be painted black and I will replace the missing handle !

.

.

The last Flowering Shrub being trimmed, I need to raise the flag up 1 1/2 feet for winter to keep it out of the snow this winter!

.

.

These are now all trimmed and shortened for the winter snows and fall dormant stage. As the weather changes we are in good shape getting ready for winter !!
